We are asking churches/nonprofits to use their booth as a space to connect with the community through a free children's activity, craft, game, character meet and greet, face painting, etc. Be creative! In addition, you are welcome to hand out any materials you would like. 

 

Each non-profit will receive a FREE booth on pavement. Please bring everything you need: tables, chairs, tents, etc. Please note, electric is available on site. Rain or shine event. 

 

We know that many churches/non-profits like to handout food items; at this event, we are not permitting food to be given away or sold from the nonprofit spots, as the paid businesses attending may sell similar items. You are, however, permitted to hand out individually wrapped candy with the games/activities at your booth. 

 

*NOTE: $75 Booth Fee will be refunded to you within 7 days of the event when you attend and provide a free kids activity.

The food truck vendor fee is a $100 non-refundable deposit, plus 20% of your sales on the day of the event; your $100 deposit IS deductible off of your total sales. Trucks must be parked between 8am-9am and may not tear down early. Be ready to serve your food at 10am. We do our best to ensure there is a variety of food items and try to minimize duplicates of main food categories.

There is no option to add electricity. Rain or shine event. Nonrefundable.

Description

Vendors may arrive starting at 8:30am to set up on Saturday, Nov 20th. The hall does have 2 garage doors that will be available for you to unload at from 8:30-11am. Out of curiosity for other vendors, please be prepared to unload at the garage doors as efficiently as possible. Garage doors will close at 11am. Event is open Saturday, Nov 20th from noon-7pm and Sunday, Nov 21st from 9am-4pm. Hall will be locked Saturday after the event until 8am Sunday morning. Vendors may not tear down early either day. Vendors supply their own tables, chairs, etc unless you select that add on option. Nonrefundable -No rain/weather/covid related closure/cancellation date given. MJ Squad in not liability for any vendor property.
